After September 14 each year taxes must be paid to the Macomb County Treasurer's office and cannot be paid at the Village Offices. Please contact Macomb County Treasurer at 586-469-5190 for the correct mailing address and penalties owed before sending. You can also select the link below to verify payment or non-payment of property taxes and delinquent amounts owed.
If taxes were paid after September 15th of their respective year or are showing $0.00 paid on Village Public Tax records search, please select the Macomb County Link to verify whether taxes have been paid or are delinquent.
Important Note
Current Assessing and Township Tax information must be obtained through your respective township in addition to the tax obligation for the Village of Romeo.
Parcels that are located in Bruce Township (586-752-4585) , within the Village, start with parcel I.D. # 01 (these parcels are located on the north side of 32 Mile and/or St. Clair).
Parcels that are located in Washington Township (586-786-0012), within the Village, start with parcel I.D. # 04

Residents can pay their WATER BILLS On-line. To do so, select PAY ONLINE and enter your address. You will also be able to see your billing history.
** Please note, payments On-line will be assessed a 3% service fee of the amount being paid.
